No It is not about disgusting or extreme programs. Our events revolve around natural knowledge, practical skills and genuine collaboration within a clear framework. The program items are designed in such a way that they motivate, connect and are easy to do.

We plan events flexibly according to destination and group size. In practice, larger teams are also possible — often up to around 250 people. To prevent it from becoming “mass processing”, we work with several guides, suitable locations and clear group splits, depending on the size. In the initial meeting, we briefly clarify team size and goal, then we'll tell you directly what makes sense and how it will be implemented.

Yes We manage groups respectfully, calmly and professionally — even when managers and different hierarchies are involved. The frame remains high-quality, the tasks are meaningful and the effect is created without embarrassing “games”. Gion Saluz knows how to quickly pick up and take people from very different backgrounds with them.

That is exactly what the events are made for. We plan tasks in such a way that different strengths count and that no one is left behind. Safety is a priority. We work with clear rules, appropriate tools and professional guidance. Content is adapted to the team and implemented responsibly. We will clarify details of risks, framework and responsibility transparently during a consultation.

You will receive a clear process in advance, including the meeting point, duration, content and packing list. On site, we guide you step by step through the day, explain each task in an understandable way and ensure that everyone comes along. This creates safety, a good atmosphere and an event that really works.

Mostly yes, weather is part of the experience and can make the experience more intense. At the same time, we plan responsibly: We adapt content, have options for shelters and alternatives in the process. In the event of real safety risks (e.g. storm warning), we decide together and professionally.
